Is It Time To Change Your Job?

Change is good. It’s our only constant. Everything changes. Everything is temporary here in our three dimensional physical reality. Seeds sprout, grow into plants, thrive, and when they are done, wither back into Mother Earth. Seasons change, sometimes greatly, sometimes not. And the same thing holds true for us as human beings. We change.

Are you satisfied with your job? Does your work involve your creativity? Are you meeting someone’s else’s productivity standard, or are you engaged in work from the heart and taking the time to nurture your soul, mind and body throughout the workday?

It used to be an employee received a gift of a gold watch, marking the end of their loyal employment and the beginning of retirement. Given the price of gold now, that form of extravagance has gone by the wayside.

How do you know it’s time to change?

1. Working for a company, you will notice your work has become more difficult to perform.

2. You’re not keeping up with the pack. You are being called into meetings with your leaders about your poor performance.

3. You are being asked to defend your work and actions.

4. You notice the increased stress echoed by your co-workers or management team and the energy in the office is denser.

5. You suddenly get the urge to clean out your desk.

Taking home personal items and de-cluttering your workspace or office, often occurs about two months before your departure. Take this as a sign that change is about to occur for you.

While this precursor to change is occurring, it certainly does not feel good. But the good news is you have help! If you find yourself in this position, now would be a good time to have an Angel reading or a Tarot card reading from someone who channels healing and messages from the angelic realm. Our angels and guides are with us and are ready to help and assist us in our lessons. All we have to do is ask!

Our angels can teach us how to walk through our changes gracefully, blessing and forgiving ourselves in our circumstances. They also help us to communicate better and look at our changes with a whole different light and loving perspective.

A job or career change is part of your journey. You may not understand it at the time. Down the road, the benefits and happiness will be revealed to you. And remember, change is good!

Blessings and joy!
