Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®), as created by Dolores Cannon, and now practiced by certified practitioners around the world, continues to forever change the lives of people who undergo a session. During these sessions, practitioners guide clients back to a past life chosen by the client’s Higher Self, and then spend time in the session addressing the client’s burning questions and providing healing. Each individual session provides a treasure trove of information. Using these invaluable insights from many sessions, practitioners can begin to uncover major trends and truths about our planet, our world, the purpose of life, ET encounters, the ascension of planet Earth and other planets, and more.
Dolores not only pioneered the QHHT® technique, but she also created an entire genre of books that use past lives and the Higher Self answers to shed much-needed light on numerous topics that can help us better understand our life, why we’re here, what we came to do, and how to better fulfill our soul’s purpose. Dolores’ 19 books usually go deep into one topic at a time per book, allowing readers to get multiple Higher Self perspectives on some of the questions we humans most want to know. Since her passing, not many others practitioners have carried on her tradition of writing books from session stories, other then Barbara Becker with her first book in a new series, Time Travels: Exploration of Lives Remembered.
These two articles (look for part two next month) will look at Dolores’ 19 books from her 45 years working in the field, along with the other must-read QHHT book on today’s market.

I’ve personally been so impressed by Barbara’s book. It directly continues Dolores’ work, with updates on how to think of the “backdrop people,” where we are with the ascension, New insights from the revolutionary Dolores Cannon (2014)… from the other side, and much more.

The Convoluted Universe – Book Five
Published: 2015 after Dolores passed away
Dolores was well into this book when she passed away in 2014, and her daughter, Julia, finished the editing and arrangement of this book. Like the others in the series, Book Five gathers metaphysical information obtained through numerous subjects by hypnotic past-life regression.
Of note are some of the discussions of “walk-ins,” guides intervening to prevent a person’s death before they’re supposed to go, modern medicine’s limits, a past life of being pure energy, star gates, various clients’ life purposes, the Backdrop People, and more.
The Convoluted Universe – Book Four
Published: 2012
Book Four goes into metaphysical theories and concepts, and introduces new ideas that challenge traditional ways of thinking, like:
Where we go after we “die”
• Murders and suicides
• Lives as other creatures besides humans
• Living all your lives — past, present, future — simultaneously
• Unknown information about DNA: Changing DNA and the Color of DNA
• The Role of HIV/AIDS in the raising of the consciousness
• The veil between other dimensions is thinning allowing us to “see” and our psychic abilities are becoming more manifest.

This was the first Dolores book that I read, and I fully recommend it to others.
The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth
Published: 2011
This book is in line with what many channelers (like Bashar, and the Ra group) say, that many of us on Earth at this time came from higher densities that have already ascended to help Earth’s inhabitants raise their vibration.
Dolores expressed it eloquently, by starting with how when in 1945 when the atomic bombs were dropped in WWII, our “protectors” and “watchers” in outer space saw that Earth was on a collision course with disaster. Although they couldn’t interfere from the “outside,” they could from the inside by sending higher vibe souls to Earth.
The Higher Selves with whom Dolores spoke talk about three waves of these volunteers. Some have come direct from the “Source” and have never lived in any type of physical body before. Others have lived as space beings on other planets or other dimensions. Because all memory is erased upon entry to the Earth dimension, they do not remember their assignment. Thus these beautiful souls have a difficult time adjusting to our chaotic world.

This is one of my favorite Dolores Cannon books. A must-read.
The Search for Hidden, Sacred Knowledge
Published: 2014
Dolores describes the book this way: Many of us lived previous lives as keepers of sacred knowledge that was taught in the ancient mystery schools. Much of this knowledge was lost through time due to disasters and destruction or death. The knowledge was reserved for a select few who devoted their lives to understanding and teaching it.
It explores many people, such as a woman who had a past lifetime as a monk in Tibet and learned the ancient mysteries of going out of body and journeying to help create new universes and galaxies. It goes into what the Higher Self/SC says about ancient mysteries: “Google Sacred Geometry. It is all there, no longer such a secret.”
Incredibly interesting information! A must-read.
A Soul Remembers Hiroshima
Published: 1993
This book resonates so strongly with me. It reminds of a poem called “Tape Mark,” written in 1961, with its echoing line: “Thirty times brighter than the sun.”
The book by makes a strong case for “never again” — never can we drop a weapon on people that vaporized them into shadows left on sidewalks and buildings — and left people to run around with skin melting off their bodies.
The session story follows a young American girl who relives the life and death of a Japanese man through regressive hypnosis and tells a side of history that has neither been fully explored nor written about.
The Custodians: “Beyond Abduction”
Published: 1999
Dolores put together this book through numerous hypnotherapy investigations of suspected alien abduction cases. It includes 12 years of UFO extraterrestrial research from 1986 to 1998. This is a must-read for anyone interested in the UFO phenomenon. It explores why so many people are remembering traumatic ET encounters—and the answers are likely not what you think.

Keepers of the Garden
Published: 1993
Synopsis from Dolores: A young man wanting to explore past-life regression discovers this is his first lifetime on Earth. All his other existences were on alien worlds and in other dimensions.
As this unique case is explored further, he finds out that his association with extraterrestrials did not cease with these other lives. The interaction with UFOs and aliens has continued throughout his life, although the information was protectively hidden by his subconscious.
Learn about how Earth was “seeded” by benevolent UFOs, and why they are still closely monitoring our progress. The book and the answers from the Higher Self really put the idea UFO abductions into a whole different mindset from the fear-based way they are often approached.
